WARRANTY
WASHING YOUR VEHICLE
When taking your vehicle to a hand car wash it is recommended to inform the car wash staff that your vehicle is wrapped. Pressure washing may be used under the following conditions:

Water pressure must be kept below 2000psi(14MPa)

Keep water temperature under 35°C
-
Use 40° wide-angle spray nozzle

Ensure the nozzle is kept perpendicular to (90°) and at least 50cm from graphics and films
DO NOT USE AUTOMATIC CAR WASHES OF ANY TYPE
The rotating brushes and extremely close proximity high-pressure hoses can damage the surface coating and cause edges to lift or peel back. The use of automatic car washes will void all warranties from Wrap Society and the vinyl manufacturer.
Always be sure to test a small surface before proceeding with the cleaning of the entire wrap.
CAUTION ! The film should not be cleaned for 7 days following the application at the risk of altering its adhesive, which may result in the film lifting.
CAUTION ! Some cleaners, solvents, and corrosive detergents could damage or alter the look of your wrap. Wrap Society is not liable for any adhesive films cleaned with non-approved products. Please contact us if you have any queries.
CAUTION ! In the event that fuel spills onto the film, wipe immediately to prevent degrading the vinyl surface or the adhesive (solvents may seep through and react with the adhesive).
CAUTION ! Failure to maintain the vehicle and keep it in a clean manner once the wrap has been completed will void the warranty.
POST INSTALL INSPECTION
It is thoroughly recommended that all vehicles with a full-color change wrap to return toWrap Society 2-4 weeks after installation for a post-install inspection. In this inspection, any concerned areas can be addressed quickly before becoming serious and failing to complete it may result in warranty being void. Please contact us to arrange an appointment that suits you.
WARRANTY
Wrap Society offers 18 months* warranty on Colour Change & Commercial Wrap workmanship. Throughout the 18 months, the client is welcome to take the vehicle to our workshop where out team will be able to asses the vehicle/defects and provide any advice to assist.
Additionally, some vinyl wrap manufacturers warrant the product against various conditions (color fading) for a period of 3 years or more. For more information or a product data sheet, please contact our team.
Warranty is only valid if the client maintains care of the vehicle wrap as outlined in the Care & Maintenance instructions. We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim if we deem that the client has not followed correct care instructions.
MAINTAINING PPF
Paint Protection Film is a durable film that will resist staining for many years. To keep the film looking its best, wash your car often and follow the below suggestions.
NOTE: Wrap Society uses various types of high-quality films. Please be sure to use the appropriate care instructions for the type of film installed to your vehicle. If you are not sure which film you have, check with our team for verification. Using the incorrect care procedures can permanently damage the film.
Wrap Society is not liable for any adhesive films cleaned with unspecified additives from cleaning stations.
WASHING YOUR VEHICLE

Wait 48 hours after installation to wash your car

Remove insect or other stains as soon as possible with bug and tar remover
-
Stubborn stains can be removed with 99% isopropyl alcohol
-
Light scratches in the film will self-heal in 20-30 minutes at room temperature
-
In colder conditions or to accelerate the process, pour warm water (120°F/49°C) over the affected area
-
Avoid using a pressure washer or high-pressure water source near the edges of the film, it can cause the film to lift and/or become damaged

Detailing Clay can be used to remove contaminants that are on the film
-
Ceramic Coating and Sealants can be applied over paint protection film
Check with Wrap Society before applying the coating to ensure there are no issues that can arise.
CAUTION ! Solvents and corrosive detergents must not be used.

WARRANTY
Wrap Society offers two types of Paint Protection Film. Here at Wrap Society, we have a workmanship warranty of 18 months. The minimum manufacture warranty time is 5 years, this being against cracking and yellowing. More information on the length of the manufacturer warranty can be found on our website or taking to a member of our team.
DISCLAIMER

Vehicles are intensely cleaned using Auto Wash / Auto Surface Cleaner and inspected for any paint imperfections and stone chips which are then noted on the service sheet upon arrival.

If there are any major imperfections in the paint, the customer is notified on how they wish to proceed with the installation

Upon pick up of the vehicle, PPF may not seem perfect. Like any wet applied film, some application marks, bubbles, and/or marks can appear. The majority of these issues tend to dissipate after 2-4 weeks, especially in warmer temperatures.

We recommend returning the vehicle to Wrap Society for an inspection after 2-4 weeks depending on client convenience and Wrap Society’s schedule.

If there are minor imperfections on the edges of the film after installation, they can easily be rectified when the vehicle returns for inspection.

Minor imperfections in the film cannot be avoided due to the installation environment. Although we take pride in a clean workshop, there is always a chance of minor dust that may appear under the film.
